Who We are

CareerCampaigns is Recruiting in Reverse. We are a career campaign management firm that just happens to be in the executive search business. We specialize in assisting talented candidates connect with top-shelf employers. We do this by employing campaign management strategies that we have developed and honed over the last 9 years. We literally wrote the book on Career Campaigning. We started out in the Outplacement world. We learned that even the most qualified candidates fell flat on their face when it came to marketing themselves. We knew that there had to be a better way. We saw the light. We became executive recruiters but with a unique and different approach to the market. Basically, we become the marketing/PR firm for talented candidates we represent.

THE PROCESS

You must have a plan whether you wish to change jobs, move up within your industry or make a change to the “right career advancement opportunity”. Certain ingredients must be part of an integrated campaign marketing strategy to be successful. The strategy must be focused, organized and disciplined.

ASSESSMENT PHASE

Prospective candidates first complete a detailed Personal Experience Audit. The purpose is to identify critical information. We audit all areas of experience revealing a candidate’s assets. Questions regarding educational background, accomplishments and desired positioning, both from a functional and an industry standpoint assist us in getting to know the individual. If your background, experience and skill set meet the criteria we have established for talented candidates, you will receive an invitation to move on to the design phase and be included in our next eSlate of candidates which we will blitz to hundreds of decision makers in your market area.

DESIGN PHASE

A personal branding package is developed:

1. You will sit for a professional photo shoot.

2. You will develop and record a thirty second commercial. This is a brief verbal presentation of your employable assets covering:

• Background
• Accomplishments
• Objective
• Benefits

3. Finally, you will complete the MRA Leadership Matrix Assessment. The MRA Leadership Profile Report will give you an objective, scientific measurement of your workplace strengths and restraints, based on your individual behavioral traits. You will be able to use this report in job interviews and meetings with your manager to position yourself for success.

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

This is the phase that converts plans and strategies developed during the previous phases into actions. Your photo, your MRA Leadership Profile and your 30 second commercial are prepared for an email marketing campaign which CareerCampaigns will launch to hundreds of decision makers – depending on your category – in a matter of minutes. Top-shelf employers can click on your ID code and immediately review your candidate profile page. After employers complete a brief professional service agreement they then can contact you directly. After you interview with a prospective employer and receive a job offer, you notify CareerCampaigns of the successful match and we remove you from our website.

• They pay CareerCampaigns a fee of 9.95% if we place one of our talented candidates within their organization as opposed to the standard fees of 20 – 35% that they pay to other executive search firms.
