Active job candidates apply to be included in our online Talent Center.
Their personal branding package is developed and proactively marketed
to decision makers in our employer data base. It is a unique way to
let local employers know of their availability.

Passive job candidates register to be included in our Talent Center
Registry. They complete the Personal Experience Audit and submit their
resume. We will contact them when we think there might be a match for
a great opportunity.
