is an online executive search firm that specializes in connecting
talented candidates with top shelf employers. We do this by employing
campaign management strategies that we have honed and developed
over the last 9 years. We are executive recruiters but with a
different approach to the market. Basically we are a marketing/public
relations firm for talented candidates.

- What differentiates
CareerCampaigns from other executive search firms?
If an employer hires you through our
services, the company only has to pay CareerCampaigns a fee of 9.95%
as opposed to the standard fee of 20-35%. Most importantly, our decision
makers can connect directly with candidates and get to see, hear and
feel what an individual has to offer.
- Do I have
to pay a fee to be considered for CareerCampaigns’ talent center?
No. Applying
to be selected as one of our talented candidates is absolutely free.
All you have to do is complete the Personal Experience Audit and send
your resume to us in a Microsoft Word document.
- Once
I am selected, what are my next steps?
If selected, we will send you a packet
of information to get started. You will need to send us a one time payment
of $95.00 (which will be refunded to you if placed through our services)
for the professional photo shoot with our photographer. Next you will
record a 30 second commercial stating you’re employable assets.
Finally you will complete the MRA Leadership Matrix Assessment online.
Once everything is completed your profile page will be placed on our
web site for employers to review.
- Do I have
to use your photographer?
Yes. We make it mandatory that you
use one of our professional photographers.
- How long
does the photo shoot take and what do I wear?
The photo shoot typically takes 15-30
minutes. We make it mandatory that both men and women come dressed in
business suits.
- Can I use
a previous professional business portrait?
No. While you may have had a professional
business portrait taken recently, we still make it mandatory that your
photo be taken with our professional photographer. We require that you
use our photographer in order to ensure consistency and professionalism.
We appreciate your compliance on this matter.
- Do I get
to keep the pictures from my photo shoot?
At the end
of your photo shoot you will receive one CD with your pictures on it.
If you would like additional photos they will be available to you at
an additional cost through the photographer. Prices may vary on additional
photos and packages.
- Do I have
to have my picture taken in order to be on CareerCampaigns’ web
site?
Yes. We require our selected candidates
to have their professional photo displayed on our web site.
- What is
a 30 Second Commercial?
Once you have been selected, we will
send you information on how to write and record a 30 Second Commercial.
The 30 Second Commercial is a brief verbal presentation of your employable
assets covering: background, accomplishments, objectives and benefits.
The commercial will be a link that is right next to your picture. The
employer will be able to hit the “play” button and hear
a voice recording of you stating your employable assets. Basically,
the commercial gives employers reviewing your profile a glimpse of who
you are and what you can do for their company.
- What is the
MRA Leadership Matrix Assessment?
The MRA Leadership Profile report
will give you an objective, scientific measurement of your workplace
strengths and restraints, based on your individual behavioral traits.
You will be able to use this report in job interviews and meetings with
your manager to position yourself for success.
- What happens
if I don’t want to be on CareerCampaigns’ web site any more?
If you would
like to be taken off our web site, simply call our corporate office.
We will take your picture and information off our site within 3 days.
- Will I get
a refund for the professional shoot if I decide to be taken off the
site?
If you decide to be taken off our web site there is no refund. The $95.00
refund is only made available to candidates that are placed through
our services.
