CareerCampaigns is an online executive recruiting firm that only
charges a 9.95% placement fee. Unlike other executive search firms,
we develop a candidate profile page on our web site which includes
a candidate’s picture, a 30 second commercial of their employable
assets and a leadership profile. Our approach to executive recruiting
is to give you the employer a sense for what a candidate looks
and sounds like before an interview even occurs.

company find talented candidates to market on your web site?
Our company finds talented candidates through our extensive marketing
research efforts. Each week our team at CareerCampaigns sets out to
find talented candidates through advertising, research and our referral
program partners.
- If
I like a candidate on your web site how do I contact them?
If you like one of our talented candidates, you can simply click “I
am interested, send me their resume”. If you would like to interview
one of our candidates you can call us directly. If the candidate agrees
to meet with you we will be more than happy to set up a time for the
two of you to connect.
- Is there
a way that I can be contacted when new talent is posted on your site?
Yes. If your company is not already in our database we will be more
than happy to include you. Simply register online or call our corporate
office and one of our staff members will add your company to our list
of contacts. Once you are added, you will receive an eSlate of our new
candidates every week.
- Is there
a monthly fee to access your web site?
No. CareerCampaigns is available at any time for your personal viewing.
The only charge that you will ever incur is a placement fee of 9.95%
if one of our candidates is placed at your company through our services.
- If I hire
a candidate through CareerCampaigns’ services, what time frame
do I have to submit the placement fee?
If a candidate is placed through our services, the placement fee is
to be paid in full 10 days after employee’s start date. View professional

- What happens if
a candidate quits after we pay the placement fee?
If a candidate quits within the first 90 days of their start date, CareerCampaigns
will allow you to conduct another search on our web site free of charge.
